We asked clients, students, Registered Dietitians (RDs) why they rebel...here are some examples:
- I REBEL because life is too short to worry about food
- I REBEL because I want to fuel my body with foods that I enjoy
- I REBEL because I want to be a role model and teach others that food is not the enemy
- I REBEL because I am exhausted with dieting only to end up back where I started.
It's time to enjoy food again with the right support. My fellow Dietitian, Dana Magee and I want to help people feel confident with feeding themselves and their families and take a step back to really see the whole picture, it's not just about giving someone a meal plan.
